Kyle Whitmire

Kyle was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. He became a Christian at 19 years old after a series of encounters with Holy Spirit that culminated in a powerful moment one afternoon in July of 2008. He got down on his knees while with a group of friends and declared, “I’m not leaving this room until I have what you all have, and I know that it’s JESUS!”

At the age of 21, after being a Christian for just 2 years, he encountered Jesus in a profound way that shaped the course of his life. After feeling a pull from Justin Shockley and Adrian Wilcox to move to West Palm Beach, Florida, he went away to the mountains of South Carolina to pray and fast about the direction of his life. While in the mountains, Jesus clearly spoke to him and gave him a Word to move to West Palm Beach, at 21 years old.

To date, Kyle has been in South Florida for 12 years, and has been engaged in multiple forms of ministry, fulfilling the call that Jesus gave him over a decade ago. He has been in ministry and leadership for 15 years, serving under 3 dynamic fathers in the faith – Tavner Smith, Chris Southard, and Darren Davis.

Kyle attends Harbour Church in Pompano Beach where he has been connected to his spiritual father, Darren Davis, since 2013. He helped plant and establish The Collective, a para-church movement in West Palm Beach, where he speaks regularly. There he and the team are dedicated to seeing Jesus transform the culture of South Florida.

Kyle graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2018 with a Bachelors in Ministry. He also attended two years of the Eleventh Hour School of Ministry through Harbour Church. He lives his life to see people transformed by the tangible power of God through the prophetic, preaching, healing and prayer.
